Each year, we provide up to 3,500 children, from six weeks to five years of age, and their families with world-class early learning, care and family support services at 13 metropolitan Atlanta locations in Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton and Gwinnett counties. On average, children attending Sheltering Arms score in the 90th percentile for language and literacy, exceeding developmental milestones for kindergarten readiness.

Eligibility Application & Enrollment Process

NOTE: Completing the application does not guarantee your child’s enrollment. Enrollment is based on availability and the time of the school year.

The Eligibility Application is a 3 step process. To successfully complete the application, please have an electronic copy of the Required Documents prior to beginning the application.

Step 1

Step 2

Once you complete the ChildPlus application, the Enrollment Specialist of your 1^st choice center will send you a link within 24-48 hours to complete the second part of the application. The link will come from our online platform AirSlate. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the link in your inbox. If you don’t receive the link within 24-48, please contact the Enrollment Specialist of your 1^st choice center. Click on your Center Location below for contact information.

Step 3

Once your Enrollment Specialist receives and processes your AirSlate application, you will receive another email via AirSlate within 24-48, asking for your final parent signature. This will add your child’s name to the wait list.

NOTE: If there is a space available for your child, you will be contacted by an Enrollment Specialist to move forward with the Enrollment process. You will only be contacted if there is an available slot. Due to the number of applications we receive, prospective families on our waitlist who were not selected will be removed at the end of the calendar year and will have to re-apply the following year.
